By using our website or booking services with The Blue Brush, LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We provide mobile/traveling art studio services, including paint parties and related events. We sell commission artwork, murals and art kits and other art related services.

• Bookings may require deposits or full payment
• Payments are processed through third-party providers
• We do not store full payment information

• Cancellation policies may vary by event
• Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion

Participants agree to:

• Follow instructions during events
• Act respectfully and safely
• Supervise children in their care

We are not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions.

By attending an event, you grant The Blue Brush, LLC permission to:

• Capture photos/videos of participants
• Use them for marketing and promotional purposes

Participants must submit written notice to opt out:

• Email: ronnie@thebluebrush.com

• Parents/guardians must opt out on behalf of children
• Parents/guardians are asked to sign a photography & media consent form.

All artwork designs, class content, and materials are the property of The Blue Brush, LLC and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Your painting you create in class is yours to keep.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Blue Brush, LLC is not liable for:

• Injuries
• Damages
• Losses incurred during events

Participation is at your own risk.

Participants may be asked to sign a liability waiver. 

Parents/Guardians will be asked to sign a liability waiver for minors participating.

Users agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt website functionality

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
